To access the pages listed above, you need to be a registered member.  Have a look at the Member Module demo section of this website.

Any number of members and membership levels can be managed, and any combination of membership level can be applied to any page of the website.

For the two pages listed above, Guest Members can access the Guest Member Page only, while Standard Members can access both the Guest Member Page and the Standard Member Page.

Also - have you noticed how the two pages above are not listed in the main navigation on the left?  These are called Child Pages, and can be inserted anywhere in a website, and are automatically tied to the preceding page.  Pages links are generated automatically in the form of either a page list, as above, or as < Back | More > links - all at the discretion of the Site Owner.
